Site Description:
The site is located in the north of the city of Valencia, in Spain, right next to Machado Metro Station.
Project Description:
The Project was a Multi Storey building that contained 7 stories of residential provided with parking spaces and a commercial area on the ground floor.
According to the clients wishes, the apartments on the 1st floor must be
handicap friendly. Before the design phase, an investigation on the Spanish type of construction as well as Spanish Regulations were made. In the Outline-Proposal phase, the building was designed according to the demands on the Brief and the Spanish Regulations.
